good quality very pleased with my purchase

Delivered on time, packaging was good and the bouquet was great.

Got a gift for my partner on our anniversary it was lovely picture quality is amazing and engraving was perfect all in all was well done and my partner absolutely loves it will defo use again.

Ordered a bouquet of Cadbury chocolate to put a smile on friends face during lockdown. Site was easy to use. Good value for money and arrived next day (earlier than stated) Great service. Would recommend.

Mum was absolutely delighted with her flowers and Baileys package!! I had entered and incorrect postcode for the delivery address so phoned the correction through to the support team. Rebecca was very efficient dealing with the issue and her correspondence all the way though to Mum eventually finding her parcel left with a neighbour was was exemplary! Thanks Rebecca.

Item looked exactly the same as the picture. Only criticism was that the soap flowers didn't say they were so the girl thought they were fake flowers with a bath bomb in the middle. Once I explained she was over the moon. Little note inside saying this would be good!otherwise great.

I really liked the product however I paid around £8 extra for next daddy delivery and it came a week later.

I bought a chocolate bouquet with a birthday balloon and it was delivered on the wrong day. I wrote a birthday card to be delivered with but it was not printed.

My advice is don’t use this company. Sent a bouquet of chocolates which had only 1 week before ‘Use by’ date from Christmas Day when it was to be given as a gift. (It was a big bouquet of chocolates!) When I wrote to ask about this they said this was standard practice but if I posted back the original they’d send another. Given this was just before Christmas there’s no way they would get it back in time to send me another before Christmas. When I asked to speak to one of the managers they ignored my messages. Sigh. Just disappointing. I’d avoid.
